Support method:
The material used for the rollers on the balancer is GCr15 bearing steel. After high-frequency quenching, the hardness is above HRC55, and the surface is processed to an arc of R2000. The roller bearing adopts NSK small groove curvature P5 level C2 group The precision bearing ensures the wear resistance of the roller, and its contact with the workpiece is wide-line contact. Greatly improve the accuracy and service life of the roller.
