1. Check the balance machine and confirm that the device is intact equipment.

2. Second, wipe the balance machine clean before turning on, especially there must be no dust, iron dumbs, and other debris on the balanced mechanical work.

3. Supply power to the device. After the computer is turned on, press the "initialization" button and other equipment to find the original point, the spindle rotation of the main axis, and other actions.

 The initialization must be operated once after the power off power of the device.

4. If the workpiece of this model has not been balanced, then follow the operating steps to set the workpiece parameters and set the fixed standard and clamp compensation, and perform the automatic work of the equipment after the knife. 

Under the premise of correct the knife parameters, you can install the workpiece and press the automatic button in diameter to balance. If the drill bit is incorrect to the knife parameters, you need to debug the knife first.

5. one shift is completed, and when the equipment is turned off, the device is required to complete the computer's shutdown operation on the operating interface, and wipe the balance machine clean. 

Note: You cannot power off directly before the industrial control machine is turned off.

6. No balance machine is required for a long time. Put the balance machine clean and apply the balancing mechanical dress and balance machine flange to the oil. At the same time, 

pay attention to power supply to the equipment every half a month, and turn on the industrial computer for two hours.
