DPF cleaning machine Regeneration process

1) Use a lift truck or hand lift to smoothly place the recycled parts in a high-temperature furnace for safe placement and effective fixation. Cut the recycled parts facing down or back!

2) Close the furnace door and ensure it is securely locked.

3) Set the regeneration temperature and time.

4) Press the Start key on the Home screen to display that it is in the process of starting, and the regeneration can be completed automatically.

5) Real time temperature value: Only when the natural temperature drops below around 200 degrees can the high-temperature box door be safely opened! Take out the recycled parts smoothly with protective measures using a lift truck.

6) Long working hours of the regeneration furnace can cause high temperature on the surface of the equipment, and unprotected contact is strictly prohibited!

Introduction to  High Temperature Box Operation

1) Preparation before regeneration，Adjust the Initial Temperature in the Parameter Setting Interface, which can be adjusted according to the degree of DPF blockage,

2) The set temperature value refers to the temperature at each stage to be carried out, while the real-time temperature value refers to the current temperature inside the high-temperature box. The running time refers to the total time that regeneration runs.

3) The curve graph can visually display the temperature rise curve value during operation (for reference)

4) The Unit of time of the Holding Time is minute, which refers to the holding time after the Initial Temperature and Middle Temperature arrive. It is recommended that the minimum value be set to 2 minutes. The factory set values for Initial Temperature and Intermediate Temperature are 200-400 degrees Celsius.

5) The regeneration time refers to the holding time after the constant temperature reaches. Based on the size of the regenerated parts and the degree of blockage, it is recommended to set the value to 50-150 minutes. The factory set value of 'Regeneration Temperature is 550 degrees.

6) It is recommended to set the SCR regeneration temperature to around 500-550 degrees Celsius and the regeneration time to about 60 minutes, while the DPF constant temperature is set to around 550-600 degrees Celsius and the regeneration time to about 60 minutes.

4) Put the regenerated parts into the rack in the bin and put them in the right position. Close the equipment and lock the door tightly. Press the Start button on the Home screen to display that they are starting, and the regeneration can be completed automatically.

5) During the regeneration process, the equipment will automatically rise and fall after reaching the set temperature.

6) After the end of the regeneration, the strong cooling mode can be opened to cool down quickly

Real-time temperature value natural cooling is less than 200 degrees before the high temperature box furnace door can be opened safely!

Warning：at too high temperature, do not open the furnace door!
