BT-100  Hydraulic pressure Machine Operation Instruction

electric hydraulic press machine is our new setting product which absorbs the advantages of the similar brands both in and abroad after several rounds improvement. With steel-rigid frame of Gate , adjustable work-platform, solid structure and convenient operation, it is widely used in mechanism and automobile’s assembling and dismantling of assembly and setting.

This is a kind of compound oil pump. The piston works in high speed in low pressure, and the maximum rated pressure can reach to Mpa in high pressure.

I.OPERATION WAY

  1. Ignite the engineer at the first time to use it ,and check the running way.

  2. No load run the engineer ,exclude the air in the oil jar by using the way of  return poison twice within the area of mm up and down.

  3. Choose the height of work platform according to the size of pts, and insert two poles of bearing the pressure into the round hole separately.

4.  adjust the travel: broadcast to manual mode, make the pressure head contact the workpiece, adjust the side travel adjustment parts to the position required by the travel switch light to lock, and then make the cylinder run to the starting position to adjust the travel adjustment parts to the top travel switch light to lock.It is then played into automatic mode, and the machine runs at the set time

5. Time adjustment: open the distribution box and turn the time controller to the required time

II.     EXTENSION FUNCTION AND XPLAINATION

There are some extension based on user’s requirement, but you must give us special instructions when booking the order :

1.Transverse movement way of oil jar can be operated in the definite area.

2.  It can be bear several pressure points on the same accessory .Move the hand wheel  on the top of the machine can make the oil jar do the transverse movement.    

3.  Ways of ascending and desending work platform :

(1) Basic configure for General one ,use the forklift or other outside force to elevate and make work platform up and down .

(2)Mode of main oil jar, use the  linking pole along with the machine to connect the oil jar ,and then start the oil pump. Use the pull of the main oil jar to move the platform up and down.

(3)Rock by manual ,rock the handle side of work platform using transmission of gear and steel wire .

(4)Mode of subsidiary oil jar ,by using the motion of it fixed in both side of pillar to drive the work platform

Above 4 function ,just 2.3.4belong to the extension function ,and the 1st one is very common with simple structure and cheap price ,so you can choose anyone of them according to need.

4．Operation way of hydraulic press machine 100 ton:he general on is manually revolving switch valve ,you can turn the operation handlebar right or left to realize the ascending and descending of the pillar to realize the function:

(1)key witch,, press the key in the right of pillar to realize the function

(2)remote control switch ,finish the operation in distance.

(3)treadle switch .

III.     ATTENTION POINTS IN USING

1.The electrical wire must be in good quality and sealed, protected by earth plate.

2.When in work , make sure the surface of accessories is level off.

3.The rated power of oil pump has been well adjusted when leaving factory , so no need to regulate more.  If problem occurs, such as the hydraulic pressure is not enough , you should check whether the oil in gasoline tank is enough. In some special case, when must  need to regulate the adjuster , done only by professionals.

4.Every 3000 hours work time, change the hydraulic oil. Use N20-30in winter, and N46 in summer .
