4.The main components of the test bench: the frame part, the main drive system, the fuel supply system, the fuel cooling system, the electronically controlled injector drive system, the control system, and the quick installation.

FUNCTION CHARACTERISTIC:

4.1. Rack section
4.1.1.The test stand frame is mainly formed by sheet metal welding, and the operation space is a closed cover.
4.1.2.Install a fluorescent lighting system in the operating space and add a protective cover


4.2.Main drive system
4.2.1 The test bench oil source is generated by a motor driven Bosch common rail pump.
4.2.2 The motor is connected to the common rail pump with a durable coupling and a safety enclosure

4.3 Fuel oil supply system
4.3.1 The fuel tank has a volume of about 60 liters.
4.3.2 Common rail pump oil supply mode is self-priming
4.3.3 Fuel filtration is divided into two levels
4.3.3.1 Install 200 mesh coarse filter in the fuel tank
4.3.3.2 Add a high-precision filter between the fuel tank and the common rail pump inlet with a filtration accuracy of 5um and a standard filter
4.3.4 Injector injection durable oil return adopts closed oil return, and the open filter is installed in the oil return pipeline for filtration. After running, the medium is filtered and then flows back to the fuel tank.
