We had pre-planned the tour route to ensure cleanliness and safety, explained each production step in plain language as the client progressed through the facility— detailing how materials were processed and inspected—and allowed the client to examine the details closely. All inquiries regarding production timelines and after-sales services were answered patiently. For any special client requirements, the technical team documented them immediately, communicated promptly, and pledged to optimize the product solution, demonstrating our commitment to both quality and client needs.
Throughout the entire visit, our team demonstrated proactive, enthusiastic, and meticulous attention to detail—caring for the client's daily needs, facilitating business discussions, and conducting thorough factory inspections at every stage. Upon the client's departure, we offered a personal farewell and sent a follow-up message within 24 hours to inquire about their experience and requirements.
